About the Role
NewsChannel 9, WSYR-TV ABC, the number 1 station in Syracuse, New York, is looking for a full-time Sales Account Executive. The Sales Account Executive generates advertising revenue by working closely with established agencies, existing clients, and new prospects.
COMPENSATION: First year Account Executives with sales experience can earn $50k-70k+. A base salary is guaranteed while you train and build on your first accounts, with a generous commission schedule that can double and triple over time.
Compensation - Starting at $40,000 Guarantee or Draw plus commission, commensurate with experience and skill level.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Entry level position
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Experience
Experience achieving long-range objectives and implementing the strategies and actions to achieve them.
