Traffic Coordinator

WKTV/NBC is the powerhouse TV station in Utica. Our enormous local news ratings combine with top syndication and NBC prime to dominate the viewing all day long. We also have a fast-growing CBS station, and CW station.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the daily traffic logs for its complete array of broadcasting and digital platforms
• NBC, CBS, CW and MeTV Traffic Logs
• Assist in formatting of programming and traffic log editing.
• Review copy instructions and match to client orders in our internal traffic system.
• Working with the sales staff inputting sales orders.
• Supervising Log reconciliation.
• Review Per Inquiry Ads and match to copy and traffic instructions.

Job Requirements:

• If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and can work against deadlines, you may be the right fit.
• Knowledge of multiple television traffic systems is desired, however all experience with all traffic systems will be considered.Experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in: Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word.
• Experience with OSI, Ad Connections, Strata is a plus.
