Debt forgiveness is an important part of the CARES Act and the SBA. While we are still waiting for SBA guidance regarding the specifics of debt forgiveness, the Bonadio Group highlights the different interpretations of the CARES bill surrounding debt forgiveness and what businesses need to be aware of when spending their PPP funds after the 8 weeks of receipts.
