FCC NY Office Issues Notices Against a Number of New York Pirates

The FCC continues its efforts to eradicate pirates in NYC.  The following are new Notices of Unlicensed Operation filed against pirate operators and building owners. We applaud the efforts of the FCC’s New York City Office.  Nonetheless, the FCC needs more enforcement tools.  Now that the PIRATE Act has cleared the Senate Commerce Committee, we are hoping for a vote before the Congressional Recess in August.
