The webinar will be held on Thursday, September 27th, 2018 at 3 PM Eastern. So mark your calendars. We will be sending out registration materials directly to stations. The webinar is free to NYSBA members in good standing.
As we noted previously, New York State has enacted new, comprehensive sexual harassment rules. These new rules will apply to all businesses in New York State regardless of size. This webinar will help you learn what needs to be done to comply with the new regulations. The New York State Department of Labor just put out documents for its model program and is soliciting comments (See story below in legal section).
