The FCC’s Consumer Affairs Bureau has a web portal revising the way complaints may be filed with the FCC. THE NEW PORTAL CONTAINS A SPECIFIC RADIO PORTAL WHICH INCLUDES A PLACE FOR PIRATE RADIO COMPLAINTS.
To access the radio complaint portal and make a pirate radio complaint click HERE.
We suggest stations and listeners use this portal for making pirate radio complaints.
Once filed, the FCC will email you an “FCC ticket” number. Keep that number for future reference. You may follow the status of your complaint by clicking the check status box in the upper right hand corner of the web portal.
If you do not want to use the on-line complaint, you may call 1-888 CALL FCC. However, using the phone may take longer.
