NAB Political Agreement Forms
FCC rules requires agreements for the purchase of political time to be placed in a stations political file. The request and disposition must be placed in the file as soon as possible, which the Commission has determined is immediately absent extraordinary circumstances. It is important that your station documents agreements with political candidates as well as non-candidate issue advertising. NAB’s legal team has prepared political broadcast agreement forms which cover all the important issues you will need. NAB Members may receive a free complimentary copy PDF by emailing membership@nab.org.
NAB’s updated Political Agreement Form (PB-18) are available on CD. These forms include: 1) NAB agreement form for political candidate advertisements. 2) NAB agreement form for non-candidate/issue advertisements. Non NAB members wishing to purchase the forms from the NAB store by clicking HERE.
