Entry Deadline

Entries and fees must be in our office by April 9, 2012 at 5pm. All entries must have been broadcast by the submitting Radio/TV station between July 1, 2011 and April 1, 2012.

Annual Awards Dinner

During the 50th Annual Executive Conference on Monday evening, June 18, 2012

Judging Process

There are three separate competitive classifications; stations compete only with others in the same color group.

RED GROUP: New York City
BLUE GROUP: Albany-Schenectady-Troy, Syracuse, Long Island, Rochester and Buffalo
GREEN GROUP: All others
