New York State radio licenses expire on June 1, 2014. Renewal applications are due February 3, 2014, and pre-filing notifications must be made starting December 1, 2013.

Notice Requirements Guidelines

Radio stations must broadcast pre-application notifications on December 1st, and 16th 2013, as well as January 1st and 16th 2014. Renewal applications are due on February 3, 2014. Post application notifications must be broadcast on February 1st and 16th, March 1st and 16th as well as April 1st and 16th.
